01 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 65php platform, accessible at https://65php.vu ("Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

65php reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for users in the Philippines. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version prevails.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a 65php account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 65php does not permit access to persons under 21.
• Location: You must be physically present in the Philippines at the time of play. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited is not permitted.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes any bets placed, deposits made, and personal information submitted. 65php implements SSL encryption and OTP verification at login to protect your account, but the security of your login credentials remains your responsibility.

• Do not share your username or password with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact 65php support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 65php will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

65php is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by failure to follow these security recommendations.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on 65php are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no currency conversion applied to your balance at any point. What you deposit in ₱ is credited in ₱, and all withdrawals are processed in ₱.

Accepted payment methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, standard bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets. Deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency are not accepted on 65php.

• Deposits: Funds are generally credited promptly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. KYC documents must be submitted and approved before a first withdrawal is processed. Timeframes will be communicated within the platform.

05 Betting, Gaming, and Platform Rules

All games and betting markets are governed by their individual rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of play. By placing a bet or entering a game, you acknowledge and accept the applicable rules.

• Finality of results: Once a bet is settled or a game round is completed, the result is final. 65php does not reverse settled outcomes except in cases of a verified technical error.
• Technical errors: In the event of a Platform malfunction or technical fault that affects a game or bet, 65php reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to your account.

• Prohibited play patterns: Exploiting technical errors, using automated betting software, or engaging in coordinated abuse of the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• Sports betting: Markets covering basketball (PBA and NBA), volleyball, boxing, esports, football, and other events are subject to their respective settlement rules. Markets may be suspended or voided if an event is cancelled, postponed, or affected by circumstances outside normal play.

06 Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme

From time to time, 65php may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other rewards to eligible players. Any such offer will be accompanied by specific terms — including any applicable conditions — which will be clearly communicated when the promotion is made available.

• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 65php reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Suspected abuse of promotional offers — including creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

65php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Attempting to manipulate games or betting markets through prohibited means.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with that account may be forfeited. You may close your own account at any time by contacting 65php support. Outstanding verified withdrawal requests will be honoured in accordance with standard processing procedures.

09 Privacy and Data Use

10 Limitation of Liability

The 65php Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, delays, or technical interruptions at all times.

• 65php is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
• 65php is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 65php's total liability to any player arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 65php Platform should first be directed to our support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the matter may be escalated through the dispute process described within the Platform. 65php aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe.
